Jim cannot be beat when it comes to getting on top of things immediately and giving all the personal time needed to his clients. He is certainly driven and creative in his approach to the real estate market. No request was ever too much for him. He would line up showings at the drop of a hat. As a matter of fact the house we purchased was on the market for less than 24 hours and had multiple bids. Finding the property and then the ability to see the house and get the right bid in place quickly was the difference.
